Reason: Broke several rules after simply being asked to make his uniform smarter than what it was.

*NOTE*
Suspension was originally only until 11:00 PM still being allowed access to the HQ, just not the Staff areas, however after trying to defend himself in the HQ opposed to on the console, thus breaking more rules, the suspension was boosted by an extra fifteen minuets.
